Kicking off this week’s theme, which is in honour of the ongoing Rugby World Cup, is Sonny Bill Williams. He’s a Samoan-New Zealander rugby union international. He is distinguished both by his rugged good looks and by being the first professional athlete ever to pursue careers as a rugby player and a heavyweight boxer concurrently. A recent wardrobe malfunction during an All-Blacks match that forced him to change shirts on the pitch made a lot of people [not just the ladies, 3 News] rather happy.

Maaaaan, he is pretty. You know what's most impressive? The fact that he competes in two fairly infamously brutal sports at the same time and isn't maimed half to death. o.O

In rugby he plays as a back and not a front-row forward, so presumably it's easier to keep his ears from being flattened. But how he's gotten through multiple boxing matches without losing teeth or the straightness of his nose is a bit of a mystery!

Neither did I, until I moved to England. Now I love watching it...and not just because there are strong, beautiful people who play it. ;)

XD ah, I meant on the shirt. I thought rip would be across his chest or something XD (Recently during a football match, Germany's captain got a rip across one side of his torso. XD)

Ooh, would that be Philipp Lamm? He's rather easy on the eyes, no?

And haha, yes it was! We were all O: O: O: *o* *o* *o* when it happened. XD And I must say...pretty much the entire German team is easy on the eyes! It makes it even easier for me to love them. XD
