Reginald D. Hunter

Reginald D. Hunter is a black American comic who has made his name as a comedian performing in the UK. He often partners with Paul Merton on Have I Got News for You, and they make a great duo. I first saw him at a comedy club in Camden when he was just on the cusp of becoming quite well known. One of his favourite themes is contrasting US and UK culture.

I actually first heard of him through watching Good News Week, which is an Australian show. Watching him in an improv context is great, because he'll be super-quiet for a long time and then chime in with something absolutely deadpan hilarious.

Awesome! His deadpan is super amazing, and the pigtails picture is about the most adorable thing I have ever seen. (The rest are lovely, but that one made me spontaneously squeek in delight.)
